Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with the order reference and clear photos. We will assess the issue with the fulfilment partner and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
Personalised products
Because personalised physical products are made for one customer, change-of-mind returns may be limited. The final design preview and entered text should be checked carefully before ordering.
Digital downloads
Digital products generally cannot be returned after delivery, subject to applicable consumer law. Please contact us if a file is defective or materially different from its description.
